Most UK garage software is priced in a way that punishes growth: per user, per vehicle, or with usage add-ons that only show up on the invoice. GarageCloud is priced per workshop instead — one flat monthly fee per plan, with unlimited staff and unlimited invoices on every tier.
How the three plans differ
Starter at £50 a month covers the day-to-day running of a workshop: job cards, invoicing, quotes, expenses, reporting and accounting software API access. Business at £100 a month adds the tools that bring in more work — CRM, AI receptionist cover, websites and funnels, reputation management and a visual sales pipeline. Professional at £150 a month adds AI-assisted diagnostic tools on top of everything in Business.
What's not on the price list
No per-vehicle fee and no charge for extra staff logins on any plan. All prices exclude VAT. The plans below are current planned pricing, confirmed at launch — waiting list members hear first if anything changes before then.
Which plan is right for a small workshop?
An independent garage or MOT centre running day-to-day operations without needing marketing tools usually fits Starter. A workshop that wants to actively bring in new customers — through CRM, reviews and a booking funnel — is better suited to Business. Professional makes sense once diagnostics are a regular part of the job mix. See what garage management software covers for more on what's included.
